A restaurant in Linhart Square featuring gourmet food created under the baton of leadership of the award-winning chef, Uroš Štefelin, recipient of a Michelin Star.
The pleasant restaurant makes an ideal place to socialise over gourmet food or relax and enjoy coffee and dessert. Great emphasis is placed on the use of organic and local ingredients as well as cooperating with local suppliers and other restaurateurs.
The joint owners, Marcela Klofutar and Uroš Štefelin, and the team at Hiša Linhart are the perfect complement to the old town centre of Radovljica. The building boasts wonderful views of the old architecture of the town of Radovljica, and the restaurant has its own small patch of garden behind Radovljica Manor. The 16th century building houses a restaurant on the ground floor and part of the first, while guest accommodation is also available in double rooms on the first floor and in the attic.
Local tradition is the inspiration for chef Uroš Štefelin's signature cuisine, in which he proudly uses local and organic ingredients. More than half the ingredients used are organic, and the restaurant also strives to be sustainable in other areas. It is a holder of Green Key and Green Cuisine certificates, while it has several times been awarded a Michelin Green Star for sustainability. Hiša Linhart was awarded a Michelin Star in 2022 and 2023.
Guests who opt to stay overnight at Hiša Linhart are served an excellent breakfast or brunch.
Every Wednesday in the bistro there is a 'Happy Hour' for those up to the age of 25, who are offered a 25% discount on food, with the message: ‘We introduce young people to typical Gorenjska and Slovenian food, because we care.’
